Georgia Tops Auburn

Auburn University lost to the University of Georgia last night. Auburn Junior Megan Walker competed on the Floor for the first time in 2.5 years in the wake of fellow Junior Bri Guy having had surgery on Wednesday to repair her two Achilles tendons which she tore last week. Auburn Sophomore Caitlin Atkinson won the All Around, Balance Beam and Floor Exercise titles, tying for the Floor Exercise honor with Redshirted Sophomore team mate Lexus Demers. Georgia Junior Chelsea Davis won the Uneven Bars honors whilst Auburn Freshman M.J. Rott tied with Georgia's Lindsey Cheek (Senior) and Brandie Jay (Sophomore) for the Vault title.
