Japanese star Kohei Uchimura has won his second World Championships All Around title. Uchimura who is competing in Rotterdam with a shoulder injury took out the title ahead of Geramany's Philipp Boy and American Jonathan Horton. Maxim Devyatovskiy of Russia who was well placed in second throughout the event had a disasterous routine on the pommel horse to land back in 19th place.
