Canadian Sports Acrobatic Junior Cory Marsh is currently the subject of a decision made by the FIG Disciplinary Commission after he tested positive for Cannabis at the 2012 World Age Group Acrobatic Championships, which were held in Lake Buena Viesta in Florida on April 18th. 

The Commission has decided to cancel the results achieved by Marsh and his team at this competition. Plus Marsh has been suspended from all sports for a period of six months - until November 22nd, 2012 and part of the costs for proceedings - USD 1,000 are to be borne by the gymnast.

Cory Marsh has until the 12th of July to appeal the decision.
