Illinois State won at home in the Horton Field House last night against Alaska-Anchorage. Illinois State Sophomore had a successful night competing in the All Around for the first time and winning the title. Fisher also garnered the honors on the Floor Exercise. Illinois State Senior Kristen Lieberman won the Vault title with fellow Senior Jenna Bossle picking up the honors on the Uneven Bars. Demi Pas, a Freshman for Illinois State earned the high score on the Balance Beam. The Alaska-Anchorage team was dealt a blow during the warm ups with one of their top performers Morgan Cook only being able to compete on one event after suffering an injury during warm up. Standout performers for Alaska-Anchorage were Sophomores Simone Penker and Stefany Bryan and Freshman Nicole Larkin.
