Hults, Macadaeg Win National Qualifier

Veronica Hults of Texas Dreams outclassed the Junior division field at the 2012 National Qualifier for the Women, whilst Erin Macadaeg of San Mateo won the Senior division. Macadaeg not only top scored in the Senior All Around, but also scored the top mark on the Uneven Bars and Floor Exercise. Tia Allbritten of Zenith Elite was second behind Macadaeg, earning herself the highest scores on the Vault and Balance Beam. Claire Hammen of GK's was third in the All Around. Unfortunately no one in the Senior field has classified to the American Classic. The American Classic is one of the two qualifiers to the 2012 VISA Championships and will be held Saturday, the 5th of May at the USA Gymnastics Training Center at the Karolyi Ranch from 10.30am CT. 

Maggie Nichols of Twin City Twisters was second in the Junior All Around, with Monmouth Gymnastics gymnast Lauren Hernandez in third. The top seven gymnasts in the Junior All Around have qualified for the American Classic. Veronica Hults top scored on  the Uneven Bars, whilst Lauren Hernandez earned the highest marks on the Balance Beam and Floor Exercise with Maggie Nichols rocking on the Vault.
