Hey Gymfans,

Yes I'm alive and have so much to catch up on in the world of Gymnastics, so over the next few days or week I am going to give you a complete round up of the latest news, and events. Thank you all for reading, and I hope that you continue too. I apologise for the delay... I picked up extra coaching sessions, went to every session of the Australian Women's Gymnastics Championships, and stepped up my own training resume. But I will be making plenty of time to keep you all in the loop. Oh and on a personal note, I have decided to change my floor music from a mix of E.S. Posthumus' "Pompeii" to a cut of Mika's "Love Today". Very exciting stuff! Take care all.
