Not surprisingly a lot of changes were made to the roster, on both accounts of the men and women's rosters. Firstly, congratulations to the organising committee for running yet another successful event! In terms of the women, Poland's Paula Plichta came from 6th in the qualification (12.888), to take out the gold in the final, with a 13.425.Whilst three silver medals were awarded in the event, after Gabriela Janik (POL), Tijana Tkalcec (CRO) and South African Jennifer Khwela all scored 13.350. Jana Sikulova of the Czech Republic scored 13.725 to take the uneven bars title over Austrian Barbara Gasser (13.475) and Dutch star Marlies Rijken (12.400). In terms of the men, Croatia's own Tomislav Markovic was successful on the floor exercise with a 14.825, over Italian Enrico Pozzo (14.800) and Finland's Sakari Vekki won the bronze with a 14.625. Hungarian Pommel Horse King Krisztian Berki won yet another medal scoring a commanding 15.725 over Croatians Robert Seligman (14.850) and Filip Ude (14.800). The two lone Russian participants Aleksandr Balandin and Denis Albyazin were 1-2 on the still rings, with results of 15.825 and 15.175 over bronze medallist Italian Matteo Angioletti (15.100).

Dutchwoman Marlies Rijken took out the two gold medals on offer for the women on day two. She was the runaway winner on the balance beam, scoring 14.050 over Poland's Paula Plichta (13.625). The floor exercise result was much closer, with Rijken scoring 13.250 compared to Croatian Tina Erceg's 13.075. Czech star Jana Sikulova won the bronze medal in both events with scores of 12.925, and 12.850 on each apparatus respectively. Highest qualifier on the beam Poland's Katarzyna Jurkowska could not repeat the efforts of the qualification, only managing seventh place. For the men, Canadian Nathan Gafuik topped the vault with an average of 15.950 for his two vaults, over Russian Denis Ablyazin (15.763 for his average) and German Michael Sawartzy with an average of 15.500. On the parallel bars, Mitja Petkovsek of Slovenia (15.150) triumphed over Polish star Roman Kulesza, who came back from sixth in the qualification with a 15.075. Th bronze medal went to Adam Kierzkowski also of Poland, who was the highest scorer on the event in the qualification, but only managed a 14.975. The host nation's Marijo Moznik was the final gold winner on the final day of competition taking out the horizontal bar title with 15.050, after finishing fourth on the event on the qualification day, with silver medallist Canadian Nathan Gafuik (15.000) having come seventh in the qualification and fellow Canadian Jackson Payne (14.800) coming into the final after being fifth.
