McKayla Maroney is vaulting herself into the wonderful world of acting. On the heels of her Olympic teammate Gabby Douglas booking a cameo on The Vampire Diaries, the gold medal-winning gymnast has landed a guest spot in Hart of Dixie‘s upcoming Season 2, TVLine has learned. Maroney will drop by the CW charmer as Tonya, a high schooler who comes to the defense of Zoe’s not-so-popular pal Rose (portrayed by the similarly named McKaley Miller).
