The 5th Senior Asian Artistic Gymnastics Championships have concluded in Putian, China. The final day of competition saw the finalists for the Women compete on the Balance Beam and Floor Exercise, with the Men competing on Vault, Parallel Bars and Horizontal Bar. China's SHANG Chunsong won both the Balance Beam and Floor Exercise finals. On the Balance Beam, KIM Un Hyang (PRK) and ZENG Siqi of China rounded out the medal placings. In the Men's competition, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea's RI Se Gwang won the Vault title over China's CHENG Ran and Vietnam's NGUYEN Ha Thanh. China's ZHOU Shixiong earned the Parallel Bars title with Vietnam's NGUYEN Ha Thanh and China's JI Lianshen rounding out the medals. China's LIU Rongbing and LIN Chaopan were first and second respectively with Japan's Yoshiaki Furutani and Takayuki Ohara tying for third.
