A number of Federations have confirmed their participants for the 2013 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. Germany announced the apparatus their Men's Artistic Gymnasts will compete on whilst Poland announced the Women who will compete in Antwerp. Great Britain announced their Men and Women. Romania confirmed their delegation.

Denmark confirmed their Worlds delegation and revealed that that the Women will be focusing on 1 or 2 apparatuses with the goal being to achieve results that would place them in the top two thirds of the gymnasts on that particular apparatus. The four World Championships debutantes (Sondergaard Jensen, Frandsen, Rydberg and Eiriksfoss also have the goal of achieving results that would place them in the top 2/3's of the competitors on that apparatus. After Joao Marcus Fuglsig's success at the Kazan Universiade, the hope is that  he places in the top 1/3 of competitors on the Floor Exercise and Pommel Horse. Helge Vammen returns from injury and will only be competing on Pommel Horse, Still Rings and Parallel Bars as a means of still protecting the Achilles tendon.
