The Western Michigan University Gymnastics team earned Head Coach Penny Jernigan her first career victory over Ball State University on Sunday. Western Michigan Sophomore Kayla Weber won the All Around whilst fellow Sophomore team mate Jessi Buis tied with Ball State Sophomore Brooke Evans for the Vault honors. WMU Freshman Jessie Peszek won the Uneven Bars title with Senior Lauren Bledsloe picking up the high score on the Floor Exercise. The Balance Beam honors went to Senior team mates from WMU Shelby MacDonald and Kelsey Turnquist.
