2nd Abierto Mexicana de Gimnasia

The 2nd edition of the Abierto Mexicana de Gimnasia will be taking place from the 9th to the 14th of October in Acapulco, Mexico. The competition is being held at The Fairmont Acapulco Princess (in the Exhibition Center 'Diamante') and is an All Around competition being held over two days, plus an additional prize for the winning Mixed Team (One MAG Gymnast and One WAG Gymnast) will be awarded with the Teams to be drawn at a Press Conference on the 10th of October. Also being held for the first time, is the inaugural Copa Juvenil Gimnasia. The initial roster was trickled out as of the 11th of September with the major roster being published on the 15th of September. Since then there have been a couple of changes: The US is no longer sending Kennedy Baker, with exciting Men's up-and-comer Donnell Whittenburg to be making the trip instead. Mexico has added Axel German Elias Jimenez to their participants, with Ukraine sending Oleg Verniaiev and Poland's Marta Pihan-Kulesza has also added to the participants. And now 27/09/2012 Canadian Anderson Loran has been added to the roster. Alexa Citlali Moreno Medina of Mexico added as at 30/09/2012
