7:54 AM

Firstly, I apologize if I have missed out on anyone from this list, if you have any amendments please feel free to post a comment and I will add them to the post! In the wake of the article on the Petzold sisters, Brittany and Kirsten who both compete for the NCAA team Central Michigan University (see http://chimgym.blogspot.com.au/2012/12/petzold-siblings-featured-in-article.html), I thought that it would be interesting to see which CURRENT NCAA Gymnasts have siblings also competing this year and those who are CURRENTLY competing and have siblings who also competed at the collegiate level.

THOSE COMPETING FOR THE SAME TEAM:

UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA-BERKELEY:

Christian and Jean Nathan Monteclaro (Seniors - Twins): Image from the 2011 Philippine National Games, source Journeying James (the twins in white). Both compete internationally for the Philippines, and competed at the 2011 World Championships. Jean Nathan also competed at the 2012 Pacific Rim Championships where he finished 14th All Around, scoring 80.950. Christian was a regular on Still Rings and Vault in 2011 finishing second on the Vault with a score of 16.250 at the NCAA Individual Championships. They both train Floor, Rings and Vault for the Golden Bears. Jean Nathan was also a regular on Still Rings and Vault in 2011.

At the recent Intrasquad she put in a solid showing on the Uneven Bars.
