The Men's team from the Faroe Islands consisting of Bogi Berg, Joni Brandsson Christiansen, Olivur Debes Eiriksfoss and Ossur Debes Eiriksfoss won the Men's Team Title on the first day of Gymnastics competition at the 2013 NatWest Island Games. In a small field of only three teams, the Faroes Island delegation captured the title over the Isle of Man (Anthony Duchars, Brandon Garrett, Harshul Measuria and Anand Patel). Bermuda was represented by only two gymnasts - Oliver Binns and Marcus A.Y. Smith. The Team Competition sees a team of up to four gymnasts compete on the Vault and Floor Exercise, with the lowest score on each apparatus dropped from the team title. Berg was the high scorer on the Floor Exercise with Olivur Debes Eiriksfoss earning the top mark on the Vault. 

In terms of the Women's competition, Nicole Burns' high score on the Floor Exercise assisted the team from the Isle of Man to recapture the title they won at the 2005 Island Games. Competing with Burns was Emily Dale-Beeton, Tara Donnelly, Grace Harrison and Rebecca Johnson. Despite Sadia Wilson earning the high mark on the Vault, Bermuda had to settle with the silver medal. Bermuda was represented by Wilson, Zantae Dill, Tabytha Hofheins, Gabrielle Vincent and Danielle Wall. In third place was the team from the Faroe Islands (Edyna Eivindardottir Danielsen, Anita Sigmarsdottir Davidsen, Fridhild Reinert Nordgerd, Birita Poulsen and Katrin Solrunardottir Wardum).
