Rodriguez Wins Mediterranean Games Rhythmic Gold

Spain's Carolina Rodriguez Ballesteros won the Rhythmic Gymnastics All Around title at the 2013 Mediterranean Games in Mersin, Turkey. Rodriguez top scored with the Hoop, Clubs and Ribbon and tied with Varvara Filiou of Greece for the high mark with the Ball. Filiou earned the silver medal whilst Frenchwoman Kseniya Moustafaeva won the bronze medal.
